Will photos and images look clear when printed on the large greeting cards?

We print at 600 dpi or more, which is high resolution. The detail will be clearer than it may appear on your computer screen. The higher the resolution on your artwork or photo, the better the results will be. We'll let you know if we don't think you'll be pleased with the photo quality prior to printing. Try to select the highest resolution artwork possible. The resolution of photos taken with the newer models of digital cameras are excellent and produce amazing results.  Generally, images downloaded from the internet are not high enough resolution to produce clear enlarged reproductions, although there are exceptions to this. 

When I uploaded a photo onto the design page, it wasn’t in proportion on the screen… Will it look like that on the printed card?

No, your image file goes into a square box on your computer design page, but when we receive the image it will be in proper proportion and will print out nicely.

What if I prefer to hand-deliver my order to the recipient?

On the Checkout page, just indicate your address as the billing AND shipping address and the Jumbo Greeting Card will be mailed accordingly.

Can people sign these giant cards with a regular pen?

Yes! For best results, use a Sharpie pen, although the paper/finish we use is very signable with most any type of pen. However, we do not recommend the use of gel pens for signing.

Is it possible to include multiple images on a card?

Sure! You can directly email us additional photos to incorporate onto your design (additional fee may apply), or upon request we can search our clip-art library for desired customization. We can then email you a preview of your card design prior to printing.   If you have preferences for your card design that are different than what is available on our website, please email or call us.

Could I send you a photo or collage to print out as a large poster?

Assuming high resolution of your images, we can certainly enlarge your image to various sizes, with or without insertion of text. If you’d like life-size prints to use as cutouts, we can do that too! Contact us by email or phone for additional information.

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss replacement.  Our folding cards are packed with added sheets of cardboard for extra protection.  The folded cards are placed in a white Jumbo envelope, which is then inserted into a sturdy Stay-Flat shipping envelope.  Our banner-size cards are rolled and inserted into a cardboard tube, which is then shipped inside a long 3-sided shipping box.  We strive to deliver your card in excellent condition.

When designing a card on your website, the border I selected is not appearing on my card design properly, it's distorting the size of the design...will it be printed like it shows on my computer screen?

Try reducing the font sizes of some of your text.  The card design you view on your computer will give you an approximate idea of the final printed card appearance, but some images may be adjusted as needed by our graphic artists prior to printing.

Can I order more than one card at a time?

Due to the complexity of the design and personalization features of our website, only place one card order at a time.  For best results, exit your internet browser prior to placing another order.  Please email or phone us if you need assistance on multiple orders.

When I attempted to place my card order, the website went back to the previous page, why is that?

There is a 60-minute session timeout to avoid overloading the server.  If you are on a particular website page for more than 60 minutes, when you press "Place Order" it may revert to the "Select Style" page and then you can proceed with your order.  Whenever there are any problems placing your order, please contact us by email or phone to assist you.
